Aroha AI

A whole front office, not just a phone line.

Aroha answers, books, texts, checks with the owner, follows up and remembers every customer, so nothing depends on the owner picking up.

Your line to the owner.

When a call needs the owner, Aroha texts them the job, rings them if they do not reply in the minutes they choose, and tells the caller their answer. It can text a question mid-call and give the caller the reply, and, when switched on, put the caller through after telling the owner who it is.

It can see the problem while they are still on the line.

When a caller describes something they can see, the receptionist offers to text a link. They take a photo, and it tells them what it shows before the call ends. The owner gets the photo on the booking, with what it saw and what to bring.

After the call, you know exactly what happened.

A written summary with the recording and transcript, an alert on your phone for new bookings and urgent calls, the job in Google Calendar, every customer on one timeline, review requests after a job, and a morning briefing.

Between calls, it keeps customers moving.

Texts and WhatsApp that book, email replies drafted in your voice, quotes and follow-ups, your own booking page, and appointment reminders.

And it helps you run the place.

Aurora, your business manager, answers questions about your week and can change your receptionist when you ask. Each week you see what it got wrong and what it booked for you. Growth has up to three receptionists and Pro up to ten, and Pro can listen in on a live call. Customers show as a list, a board you drag between stages, or a table, each with what the receptionist learned on their calls. Revenue Radar shows the leads and quotes going cold, missed calls can get a text back with a booking link, and quotes and messages can wait for your approval.

And a toolkit built for your trade.

Questions

Which calendars does it book into?

Google Calendar connects directly, or it books into its own calendar. You can import customers and jobs from ServiceM8, Tradify, Fergus, Jobber, Fresha, Timely and others by spreadsheet, and connect other tools through Zapier.

Can I hear the calls?

Yes. Every call has a recording and a transcript alongside the written summary, unless you turn recording off.

Can it put a caller through to me?

Yes, when you switch it on. It rings your mobile with a short brief and connects the caller when you press 1. If you do not answer, it takes a proper message.

What happens with an urgent job?

It texts you straight away, rings you if you do not reply within the minutes you choose, and tells the caller your answer.

Can it look at a photo during the call?

Yes, on plans with a phone number. It offers to text the caller a link, reads the photo back before the call ends, and puts it on the booking. It describes what a photo shows and never gives a diagnosis.

Will it answer texts as well as calls?

Yes, if you switch it on. It replies to texts and WhatsApp in your business’s name with real times, and steps back as soon as you reply yourself.

How many receptionists can I have?

Essentials includes one, Growth up to three and Pro up to ten. Each can have its own name, voice, number and rules.

Which languages can it speak?

English by default, with over sixty other languages available, including an option that detects the caller’s language.
