Questions

What happens if I go over my minutes?

Monthly allowances use model-weighted plan minutes, so different models can use the pool at different rates. Check the model estimate in your agent builder. Your billing settings show your limit and whether extra usage is permitted; upgrade or adjust your setup before reaching it. Messaging and other services have their own allowances.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. Review the effective date, price and any adjustment in the billing screen before confirming a plan change. Unused monthly minutes do not roll over.

Is there a contract?

No. It is month to month and you can cancel from the billing screen without emailing anyone.

Do I pay for a phone number as well?

Each plan shows its number allowance. Availability, charges, documents and approval timing depend on the carrier, country and number type. Review the order details before confirming. An ordered number is not live until approved and connected to a published receptionist.

What if it says something wrong to a customer?

Open the instructions in the agent builder, edit them and save a draft. Test the change, then publish it to update the live receptionist. Review the call transcript to check the actual response; saving a draft alone does not change live calls.

What currency am I charged in?

In New Zealand dollars. Outside New Zealand your card is charged in NZD and your bank converts it, so the amount in your own currency moves a little with the exchange rate. Prices exclude GST, and your billing screen shows the exact amount before you confirm.
