Aroha answers the calls you miss, in your business’s name, and books around your simPRO schedule. simPRO Premium syncs both ways with Google Workspace calendars, so once that is on and you connect the same calendar in Aroha, your scheduled work is busy time and Aroha’s bookings show in simPRO’s schedule.

- In simPRO Premium, turn on the Google Calendar integration for your team (it needs Google Workspace).
- In Aroha, connect the same Google Calendar.
- Forward the calls you miss to your Aroha number.
What Aroha does
- Answers missed and after-hours calls and takes the job details and the address.
- Offers times that do not clash with your simPRO schedule.
- Texts you the caller, the job and what to do next. You can also import your simPRO customers and jobs by CSV.
What it does not do yet
- It does not create jobs or quotes in simPRO. Bookings arrive as calendar entries for you to turn into jobs.
- simPRO’s Google sync is for Google Workspace on simPRO’s public cloud; on a private cloud, use the CSV import and tell Aroha your hours.
